Speaking at a meeting of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Sinn Féin Senator Pearse Doherty has said that the Minister of State with responsibility for Drugs has no excuse for inaction on headshops. He said that the relevant legislation exists to restrict the sale of legal high to minors and this should be immediately enacted. Read full article
